Image Processing

When you generate an alt tag, the following data is sent to our API:

• The image URL, or the image itself as base64 if the URL is not publicly reachable
• Site name, page title, and page content (the amount depends on the quality setting)
• Your selected language and quality level
• Your license key and site URL

This data is forwarded to a third-party AI service for processing. We do not store your images or page content. All data is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after the alt text is returned — it is never written to disk or retained in any form.

Usage Data

We collect minimal anonymous usage statistics including:

• Number of alt tags generated
• Quality tier selections
• Language preferences

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information only to:

• Provide and maintain the service
• Process transactions and manage your account
• Send important service updates
• Prevent fraud and abuse

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only where strictly necessary:

• Stripe: For payment processing. Only payment-related data is shared. Stripe's own privacy policy applies.
• AI Service Provider: Image data, site context, and language/quality preferences are forwarded to a third-party AI service solely to generate alt text. No account information (email, license key) is shared with this provider. The AI service processes data in real-time according to its own privacy policy and does not retain your data.

5. Data Security

All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS. We apply the principle of minimum data collection — we only collect what is needed, and we don't keep what isn't. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. Image data is never retained — it is discarded after each request. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
